Ingredients
Bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), calcium carbonate, L-ascorbic acid, bovine gelatin (capsule shell), magnesium oxide, beta-carotene, iron (II) sulfate, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, calcium D-pantothenate, choline bitartrate, potassium iodide, zinc oxide, inositol, manganese(II) sulfate, cyanocobalamin, D-biotin, pyridoxine hydrochloride, color (iron oxides and hydroxides), thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, copper(II) sulfate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).
How to Use
Take 2 capsules per day with a meal, drinking a sufficient amount of liquid.
