Refund and Returns Policy

Returns & Exchanges: We accept returns within 14 days of the order placement. To initiate the return process, email [email protected] and a team member will assist you. Please note that, for opened, altered, or specially handled items, including those requiring specific temperature conditions, we are unable to accept returns due to the potential for degradation and contamination.

Return Eligibility:
Incorrect Products: If the product you received is incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Unsatisfactory Products: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Missing Products: If any items are missing from your order, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Return Process:
Securely package the item(s) You wish to return
The item must be in its original condition.
Original packaging must be retained.
The return must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

Refund Process:
Upon receiving the returned item and verifying its condition, we will process a refund to your account within 5 (five) working days.
We will refund the full amount spent on the returned item along with the original purchase amount.

Note: Opened items will not be accepted for return.
